Under the project title "Let's Camole" students, teachers, and schools from six European countries will work together for two years and get to know each other personally in several exchanges. The project partners come from Almada in Portugal, Heraklion in Greece, Siklos in Hungary, Marijampoles in Lithuania as well as from Apace in Slovenia and Herborn in Germany.

The main aspect of the project is the question, how the motivation and learning success of the students can be positively influenced by different redesigns in learning rooms and by the use of innovative learning methods, also with regard to the learning skills of the 21st century. The aim is to make a lasting contribution to improving the general learning and performance of the students.
At the transnational project meetings, the participating students get to know "best practice examples" for different learning environments through learning activities and workshops. The teachers from the various European countries also exchange experiences, compare good practice examples and get new insights that they can bring to their schools and implement there. Of course, the participants also get to know the culture and sights, the languages and everyday school life of their project partners. There will be six four-day exchange trips and the and the students are placed in host families. Three students and the teacher teams of the individual project partners take part in each meeting.In the months between the trips, the students prepare the project meetings. They deal with the thematic content, get to know their partners via Internet and present their cities, schools and regions. And the students are not only improving their knowledge about the partner countries, but they also practice the use of webtools and to deal with the media. The plannings between the schools are currently in full swing. A personal planning meeting between the teachers could not take place because of the current Covid travel restrictions. But the schools used their excellent multimedia equipment and met in November for a three-day online exchange.The schools and students will benefit from this project. Finally, the identity and awareness of Europe-related topics among the participants will be strengthened and they will see Europe as a community.
