The European Union's Erasmus+ program is a strategic school partnership exchange program at European level, with a budget of €14.8 billion and has enabled more than four million European students, pupils and teachers to gain experience abroad. In Germany, Erasmus+ is funded by the Pedagogical Exchange Service of the Conference of Ministers of Education.
Specifically the "Let's Camole" project is part of "Key Action 2", which focuses on school partnerships and encounters between students and their teachers. The supported activities of this key action should bring positive and lasting effects for the participants, for the participating organizations and for the persons who are directly or indirectly involved in the organized activities.
The objectives of this key action include promoting cooperation between the European partners, developing innovative approaches of teaching and learning, and the mobility of pupils and teachers with all its positive components.
